Hi, I’m Rachel, a creative, marketing enthusiast with a passion for connecting with people and helping businesses grow. I live in Maryland, where I’m constantly inspired by meeting new people, plants, and the beauty of the local art in my community. I found the love of my life and together we live in New Market, Maryland with two beautiful kids. My academic journey includes a Fashion Merchandising degree and dual minors in Business and Communications from West Virginia University, along with six completed courses toward my MBA at Western Governors University, which I plan to resume in the future.

In 2020, I founded Evolve, a small business that has brought incredible friendships and opportunities my way. Over the years, I’ve hosted and participated in pop-up markets, collaborated with local businesses like Bella Salon & Spa and coffee shops, and designed logos and marketing materials to help small brands shine. I am also very proud to announce that leather products handmade by husband through Leatherwood  are available now on our site! Go check it out.

Through Evolve, I also create crystal healing pendants and earrings, pieces crafted to connect with others and spread positivity. It’s an honor to share good energy, love, and light with everyone I meet, and my hope is that this energy continues to ripple outward.
